Event Description
Join Everybody Bend Yoga for a beginner-friendly gentle yoga flow to start your Sunday off right before enjoying mimosas and brunch at Cedar Ridge. Gentle vinyasa connects breath with movement, but if laying there and enjoying the music is more your speed, Everybody Bend Yoga supports that too! Participants may enjoy our Sunday brunch buffet, complimentary after the class. Brunch cocktails, tax, and gratuity are not included.
Please bring a mat if you have one (only a few extras are available) though all other props are provided. Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time.

Event Description
Join Everybody Bend Yoga at the Total Rejuvenation salt cave for an incredible halotherapy nidra experience. Halotherapy (salt therapy) provides the benefits of soothing seasonal allergies, decreasing chronic respiratory issues, improving skin conditions, detoxifying the body, and improving symptoms of anxiety and depression, while nidra strengthens the immune system by reducing stress and tension. One hour of nidra is the equivalent of four hours of deep sleep!
During this experience, you’ll lay on yoga mats with various supportive yoga props on a beach of Himalayan salt amidst the ambient glow of the salt wall. A fine aerosol mist of pharmaceutical grade salt is pumped into the room while you are guided through the deep relaxation experience of nidra. There is nothing more you need to do but show up wearing comfortable clothing and a desire to restore your brain and body.

Sound-infused Nidra
Nidra is a conscious deep yogic sleep that promotes relaxation, enhances creativity, improves concentration and focus, and helps refresh your mind. The benefits of Nidra are many, but include relief of stress-related disorders, insomnia, trauma, and anxiety. During Nidra, the body and mind are fully relaxed. You lay comfortably on a yoga mat while you are guided through the experience. Additionally, this Nidra incorporates the healing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls. Since you won’t be moving, dress so you are warm and comfortable in non-restrictive clothing. Feel free to bring your own blankets (though clean props are provided).
Classes are limited to 8 people. Bring a mat if you have one though the studio has mats and all other sterilized/cleaned props are provided. No experience needed.

The Deep Restore
The winter months are cold and dark, but this experience, bathed in candlelight, offers you a cozy nervous system reset that appeals to all of your senses.
Participants will enjoy a delicious blend of gentle slow flow movements, supportive and nourishing restorative poses, and a deeply relaxing dip into nidra using a variety of props.
The room will be set up for you, so all you need to do is arrive. Absolutely no experience needed - just your desire to feel warm, to breathe deeply, and to recharge and reconnect with yourself.

Stress-Reduction Symphony
Indulge in a symphony of shapes and styles during this 60-minute movement class. Begin with floor-based gentle movements to wake up and stretch the body. Shift into longer-held yin poses to gradually lengthen tissues for increased flexibility, and complete the experience by melting into prop-supported restorative poses and progressive muscle relaxation to reset the nervous system. You’ll be glad you gave this gift to yourself!
